Classes will include cooking demonstrations, recipes, nutrition lectures, , and much more! By the end of class you will have a solid understanding of the macro and micronutrients important to your health and well being - and how to implement them in your daily cooking routine! We will be targeting our nutrients, learning what we need, understanding our deficiencies, and keeping track of our goals.. We will cook nourishing, flavorful, and easy meals while learning all about macronutrients and micronutrients.
