Create Your Own Experience! Each program is fully customizable, bringing your culinary ideas to life! An array of options are available

From virtual cooking sessions with groups of up to 100 via Zoom or in the comfort of your own home.

Whether you’re on a weekend getaway, celebrating something special, or just want a reason to get cooking––come join me!

I create experiences that tell the story and honor the farmers and artisans who nourish our community. I can create an experience that teaches behind-the-scenes farming and fishing tours. Come meet the fisherman or farmers who bring you your dinner!

It could be 1-2 hour cooking classes or ½ day - 7-day retreats. Also available are nutritional half-day sessions followed by shopping and a cooking class.

Together, we’ll work together to determine the recipe, menu, and techniques.

A private cooking class in your home or location cost $850. for a 2 hours cooking class and printed recipes. Groceries are added to the cost. An assistant for 6 or more participants joins us to help with organization and clean up for an additional $250. for 5 hours

Two to Four hours covers a full meal.

Half-day and full-day “retreats”  can cover a topic (heart-healthy, brain health, gut health, living well, etc..) and a follow-up meal. Classes are centered around eating seasonal, local, organic, grass-fed, wild, and of course, sustainable!

We can get super fun and creative and teach a class for up to 3 hours. 

The possibilities are endless.

Jan holds a master’s degree in education as well as being a farm-to-table chef. Jan’s passion is teaching and bringing it all together while learning the art of health and community and food.

Pricing

ZOOM - Each cooking class is $350 per person for up to 10 participants. For each additional person, there is a $25 surcharge.

In-person begins at $850. plus groceries.

Gift certificates may be purchased for a minimum of 2 people for $1500.

Depending on dietary restrictions and meal preferences, prices may be subject to change.

Event Ideas & Sample Menus

Bridal or Bachelorette Lunch: Celebrate your new nuptials with a fun-filled cooking class! Together with your friends and family, we’ll create a delicious lunch using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients while learning skills such as sautéing, blanching and searing.
Sample Menu:

  • Craft a cocktail of your choice using fresh pressed juices and seasonal ingredients

Wine & Dine: Learn how to cut, marinate and cook the perfect meat while pairing it with wine and serving up delicious side dishes.

  • Roasted seasonal greens (broccoli, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, etc.)

Breakfast: Easy like Sunday morning! Learn how to create breakfast classics. Feeling like brunch? We can do that too!

Classic Charcuterie: More than your average meat & cheese board! Learn about different cured meats, specialty cheeses, spreads, presentations,s and more! Want a cocktail hour included? We can do that!

The Greatest Dinner Party You’ll Ever Throw A full-course dinner party from beginning to end. After this class, you’ll be regaling your guests at every event! Learn how to prepare, cook and present for the perfect dinner party.
