This free online zoom class will offer information about eggs and how to cook them and a little about chickens too. We will cook the perfect medium boiled eggs, poach greens with eggs and the perfect frittata. There will be a lesson in Japanese Steamed Egg Custard (Chawanmushi) as well as easy dessert made with eggs!
A recipe booklet all about eggs will be available with a link to the zoom class. AND it’s Free .
