We will learn how to braise lamb shanks, and a wonderful lamb ball recipe that is perfect for serving as hors d'oeuvres or as a dinner!

Classes are Thursdays from 4P.M - 5P.M.

Our Zoom session goes from 4-5pm EST. The session will be recorded and you will receive the link 24-48 hours post session.

Recipes will be sent out a week prior to the scheduled class and a zoom link will be sent 24 hours before.
