Jan will demonstrate 3 different presentations for the beet and goat cheese as an hors d’oeuvres or as a first course.

Learn the art of pureed vegetables. We will puree parsnips which are so darn sweet, you’ll think they are candy!

These two can be served as a main dish or appetizer or one bite passed canapé.

Live Zoom session is December 10 4-5pm.

You will be sent recipes the week before class and a zoom invitation. Class will be recorded, if you cannot attend the live you will receive access to the recording the next day.
