Brussels Sprouts with Apples and Mermaid Farm Feta

1 lb. Brussels sprouts1 apple2 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons cider vinegar½ cup Mermaid Farm Feta¼ cup hazelnuts-lightly toastedSlice the Brussels sprouts on a mandoline or slice very thinly with a knife.Core the apple and slice paper thin.Heat the oil in a skillet and add the Brussels sprouts and apples.Remove from the heat, sprinkle with vinegar and toss.
