Fragrant Rice

Please check out the entire menu and the story behind its creation – it includes a handy shopping list!To make Fragrant Rice, we used: coconut milk, water, 2 pods cardamom, 2 sticks of cinnamon, 2 bay leaves.  Use a 2.5 liquid to 1 rice ratio and simmer in a covered pot until cooked through - about 40 minutes.
