Horseradish

Horseradish is about the easiest thing you can make in your kitchen!  Use this horseradish to accompany Gefilte Fish or any recipe calling for horseradish.2 cups peeled and cubed horseradish root1 cup white vinegar4 teaspoons white sugar1 teaspoon salt(add one beet for red horseradish)In a food processor or blender, process horseradish root, vinegar, sugar and salt.
