Lemon Shallot and Mustard Vinaigrette

My brother Lance is an amazing grower, hunter and cook. He makes me look like a slug in the kitchen as he can whip  up more plates than I can stack. I fell in love with this dressing and I give him all the credit. Now, I make a gallon at a time and have it ready for many applications. So I share both recipes for you, just in case you want to feed a crowd!
