Pumpkin Smoothie

Pumpkin Smoothie


So rich you can call it a souffle. Just in time for Halloween! Nothing should be scary about making anything with pumpkin!


1 pound cooked pumpkin

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 cup coconut milk

1 scoop goat whey protein––we love Mt. Kapra as a brand

1 scoop collagen powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ginger ( or as much as you will love!)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

¼ teaspoon cardamom

And if you really want some potassium boost, add  a handful (or more) of spinach 


Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
