Raw Buckwheat Porridge

Soak a large batch of buckwheat overnight and then rinse- you can leave it another day and it will sprout, but it is ready after 12 hour soaking to make into porridge. Can be stored in the fridge for a few days.1 cup buckwheat soaked2 dates2 applescinnamonalmond milkGrind the buckwheat in the blender to a consistency of porridge. Add the chopped dates and chopped apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon and add almond milk.Image Credit:  llsimon53
