Wild Greens Pesto with Garlic Mustard

garlic mustard2 cloves garlic, peeled1/2 cup pine nuts or pecans2 cusp garlic mustard leaves½ cup cress1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Place the garlic and oil in the blender and puree, Add the rest of the ingredients and blend into a smooth paste. Add a spoonful to sautéed greens, root vegetables, or use as a dipping sauce for anything!
