Understand what test and respective numbers equate to optimal health.
This two week workshop will focus on inflammation, oxidative stress, insulin resistance, and nutrient deficiencies.
Test results can be clear markers to look at for overall health. Here are the blood tests or a best-assessment of one’s health:
C reactive protein
Homocysteine
Uric acid
GGT
Triglycerides
HDL
LDL particle size
Fasting insulin
Fasting glucose
25(OH)D3
Metabolic panel
CBC with differentiation
These tests provide clinical insight as to an individual’s ability to methylate and protect cardiovascular and nervous tissue, liver health, risk of cardiovascular disease, level of inflammation, and more!Participants do not need to have their test results to participate. This class will give you the understanding of why these tests are important and what they indicate in your overall health.
Better understanding what tests are true markers for your health and discovering areas of your personal health you might want to focus, will be the outcome of this workshop.
Cooking classes will focus on taking the inflammation out of your diet.
Easy no bread replacements and what makes a meal nutrient-dense
Lettuce wraps and greens in a bowl with seaweed, broccoli rabe, sweet potato avocado radish, fermented foods, and more!
All classes will be recorded and you will have access to them if you are unable to attend.
