Cilantro Mint Chutney

1 cup chopped fresh cilantro½ cup chopped mint2 tablespoon fresh chopped ginger1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 teaspoon cumin2 tablespoon green chilies chopped (add more if you wish it to be spicy)2 tablespoons desiccated coconut2 tablespoons sugar¼ cup lime juiceBlend everything in the blender or food processor until smooth.  Delicious with Vegetable Samosas.Photo Credit:  karen.tkr
