We dry our herbs and lemon peel in our dehydrator and crush in a mortar and pestle and I believe it makes for the best flavors. I have a friend who cannot have almonds or sesame seeds and recently made her a batch without and it was delicious. So use what you love and want and you will have a flavor that works with every course!
My favorite is on warmed sliced peaches with olive oil! OH MY!!!Try delicious Lamb Dukkah served over Jeweled Rice -
