Fruit Kimchi

3 apples3 Asian Pear3 Pears2 Peaches3 teaspoons saltJuice of two lemons1 bunch of cilantro chopped1 jalapeno peppers minced1 small onion chopped fine3 cloves garlic minced3“ of ginger mincedGrate all the fruit on a grater. Pour in lemon juice and salt. Add cilantro, pepper, and minced vegetables. Place in a jar and push until liquid submerges the fruit.
